This program introduces Kawaii culture to the rest of the world through one of Japan's major TV networks in English.
For this episode, there was a "Kawaii Leaders Contest," trying to find three "kawaii leaders" from around the world who have something unique and to offer.
Each girl is chosen and is given a challenge in Tokyo, as well as some air time.
A fresh boost for their up and coming careers!

So where does Lactose Intoler-Art come in?
Katy had followed my work since watching the mini documentary Tokyofashion.com did of my brand (Which you can see HERE .)
As a designer living and working in Tokyo, NHK suggested that Goto-san, the owner Hayatochiri in Koenji give Katy advice on what to create during the challenge.
Lactose Intoler-Art is also stocked at Hayatochiri, so this section of the episode was themed around Katy's passion for making things happen in Japan, and learning tips of the trade from Goto-san and I.
Overall, I was thrilled to get to be a part of it!
If you're ever in Tokyo, be sure to stop by and see Goto-san's shop and say "hi!"
*Best of luck Katy in all that you do! I know you have the potential to go very far! Keep up the creativity!
